SMRT bus and train services extended for Christmas Eve merriment

Public transport commuters, spread all the merriment you want on Christmas Eve this year without worry for SMRT will be extending their bus and train services on Dec. 24.

According to the public transport operator, train services along the North-South and East-West Lines will be extended up to 1.30am, while those utilising the Circle Line can board the last train services at 1am.

Residents of Bukit Panjang will also be happy to know that passengers on the last northbound train can connect to the last Bukit Panjang LRT train at 2.27am.

Selected bus services at major bus interchanges will also be extended, with the latest bus running at 2.45am. Commuters who’d like to ride on the various Premium and Express bus services will find that the bus schedules have been shifted to accommodate for the influx of passengers heading to and fro town.
