Set to open on Oct. 21, Wolf brings to Singapore the concept of scoffing down an entire animal, including parts rarely extracted for eating. Wolf, predictably, is inspired by renowned nose-to-tail advocate and author Fergus Henderson, whose one-Michelin-star restaurant St John kicked off the trend in the mid ’90s.
