Rangsit will get the biggest shopping space in Thailand next Friday when the old-school Future Park Rangsit opens its new expansion “Zpell” — billed as a “Never Regular” mall.
Zpell, which is located right in front of the 20-year-old Future Park Rangsit in Pathum Thani, was constructed under a THB4 billion budget and will open under the tagline “Never Regular — Because life is never regular.”
Hoping to draw 200,000 customers per day, Zpell says it aims to serve the urban lifestyle of Thais, and become the “most idealistic” center of sports, with highlights such as a futsal park (football pitch), ice-skating rink, and ski park.
Yes, now you can go skiing in Thailand. The “Ski365” will be the country’s first indoor ski park with three slopes to practice on. Professional instructors will be provided to teach anyone over 4 years old.
Besides sports venues, Zpell will also have the Blossom Garden, an indoor park with varieties of flowers for those who complain about the lack of green spaces in Bangkok, and also a giant interactive digital wall to please youngsters.
With a combined retail space of 600,000 sqm., Future Park Rangsit and Zpell will join forces as the largest shopping venue in Thailand, exceeding the 500,000 sqm. Siam Paragon in Bangkok, Khaosod English and Manager reported.
