Hong Kong’s Thai community ushered in the Thai new year by dousing each other with water and smearing baby powder over everyone’s faces.
The Songkran Water Festival was a huge success this year in Kowloon City’s “Little Thailand”, with foreigners and locals alike participating in the party with unbridled joy.
