A retiring grandfather teaches his granddaughter how to make egg tarts according to his decades-old recipe at their traditional family-run restaurant in Hong Kong.
This will be the last time he makes egg tarts, as the restaurant will be relocating to a new, smaller location where no baked goods will be made.
