Freaky Feasts #8: Pork blood stew (Dinuguan) and Beef innards stew (Papaitan)

On this episode of Freaky Feasts, Coconuts TV tries two Filipino delicacies: Dinuguan and Papaitan. Dinuguan (or pork blood stew) is a savory stew of pig’s blood and pork. Papaitan (or beef innards stew) is a bitter soup made with cow innards – namely the heart, lungs, kidney, liver and small intestine.
