Indonesia is the world’s second largest producer of marine plastic waste. Ciliwung River, one of its most polluted waterways, is home to so much waste that they have started to take on a life of their own. The locals have dubbed these trash piles ‘Anaconda’ and they are made up of not just plastic, but even hazardous medical waste.
