Thailand’s King Bhumibol funeral procession vox pop

On Oct. 14, 2016, hundreds of thousands of Thais lined the streets of Bangkok to witness the funeral procession of King Bhumibol Adulyadej, who passed away on Oct. 13. He was 88 years old and was world’s the longest-serving monarch.

HM the King enjoyed the adoration of the Thai people, who respected him as the nation’s father figure.

Coconuts asked the Thai people waiting on Sanam Chai road to voice a tribute to their beloved monarch.
