The classic coconut-infused steamed rice that you know and love, but with a whole leg of grilled chicken with a special Taliwang sauce, originating from Indonesia’s Lombok. Add on the tempeh, egg, cucumber, anchovies, then slather on that sambal, then you’re good to go.
