Myanmar’s very own ‘Burmese Python’ is back soon, and he’s bringing signed one-of-a-kind memorabilia for die-hard fans. But Aung La Nsang isn’t just giving away these items; instead, fans will get a chance to bid on them with all the proceeds going to a good cause.

The charity auction is being hosted by online retail site Shopmyar.com, and features items worn and signed by Aung La Nsang himself.

According to the event Facebook page, the items that are up for grabs include t-shirts and shorts worn by Aung La Nsang during his various ONE Championship fights. The gold medal that he won after emerging victorious at the 2014 North American Grappling Association tournament held in Virginia will also be featured.

For the biggest Aung La Nsang fans, the night’s grand prize is a Korean dinner for three — the winning bidder plus two guests — with Aung La Nsang at Sorabol.

All the profits will be donated to the Shingni N-Bat Charity, which is dedicated to helping refugees in Kachin State who have been forced flee their homes as a result of ongoing civil fighting in the region. A Kachin native himself, Aung La Nsang has often used his public status to highlight the plight of civil war victims. Following his win in Yangon as part of the ONE Championship last October, the 31-year-old fighter addressed the crowd, saying: “What I want to say is there is a war happening in Kachin state. Please help as much as you can. Everything can happen if all of Myanmar unites.”

The auction will start at 5 pm on Friday, March 31 and will take place at 31A, Nawaday Road, Dagon Township.
