Good news, Sentosa regulars. Your days of free beach access in ‘The State of Fun’ aren’t over just yet. The Sentosa Development Corporation has extended complimentary admission via the Sentosa Boardwalk till Dec 31, 2017 — that means all you gotta do is forgo the cable car, monorail, bus or cab and you’ll be strolling in for free.
The $1 entry fee, which was supposed to be waived until the end of 2016, is continuing on to allow visitors free access to the island, especially during peak periods. Plus, there’s the added bonus of checking out pop-up festivals and street bazaars along the boardwalk.
