According to a picture put up by a Facebook user, the good officers of Yishun South Neighborhood Police Centre (NPC) had cracked a case of bicycle theft that must have plagued the district for some time. After all, 12 people were arrested, suggesting that it must have been a really, really, special bicycle.
Of course, it could mean that the cops managed to shut down a bike-stealing group or syndicate, but the implication from that particular sign is that it took 12 thieves to make away with a single two-wheeler. Hey, just another fun day in Yishun, right? Folks obviously couldn’t resist cycling through all the jokes they could muster.
