Workers’ Party tweeted the best response to an aspiring Pokémon Go trainer

Clearly young Tan Yong Heng has his priorities in check. The Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts student first gained viral fame through creating a Singaporean edition of Cards Against Humanity, but his attention has turned to the more pivotal things in life. Like Pokémon Go

With the ruling government evidently ignoring the rights of citizens to choose between Team Mystic, Team Instinct or Team Valor (Team Valor FTW, of course, all other scrubs git gud), Tan turned to the Workers’ Party.

Without hesitating, the opposition party had the perfect reply. ‘Twas super effective.

For those who’re still raring to catch a whole lotta Pidgeys on the streets of Singapore, they’ll have to wait for some time, ’cause game developers Niantic have said that they aren’t planning to release it so soon in Southeast Asia just yet. Niantic chief executive John Hanke revealed to Reuters that he expects the game to launch in Japan and South Korea first. Already, the launch in Japan that was supposed to go live today has been delayed over concerns that mad hype will overload the game.
