Well, this certainly escalated quickly. A dash cam captured the moment when a van came screaming from around a corner before its driver lost control of the vehicle, bumped up a curb, bounced off to the opposite side of the road and came to a stop after hitting a tree.
All this unfolded in a matter of seconds. The footage was uploaded on the Beh Chia Lor Facebook page yesterday, but the insane accident took place on Tuesday afternoon along Jurong Pier Road, according to the accompanying description.
As wild as that calamity was, the van driver appeared to be uninjured. “The driver was safe and no injury observed,” wrote the uploader of the footage. “Believe the cause of accident is due to last minute decision to turn in.”
Someone in the comments section had other worries though.
