Two events taking place at the Esplanade area will see several roads closed to vehicular traffic on Sunday.
The Singapore Airlines Charity Run 2014, organised by Hivelocity Events Pte Ltd, will affect the following roads at these specified timings:
4am – 9am:
– The carriageway of Republic Boulevard in the direction of Raffles Avenue
4am – 9.30am:
– The carriageway of Nicoll Highway in the direction of Esplanade Drive (between Mountbatten Road and Middle Road)
4am – 11am:
– Republic Avenue (between Crawford Street and Republic Boulevard)
– Extreme left lane of Crawford Street in the direction of Republic Avenue (between Kallang Road and Republic Avenue)
The CSC Run By The Bay 2014, held by Civil Service Club, will affect the following roads at these specified timings:
5:30am – 8:30am:
– Two left lanes of Raffles Avenue (between The Float @ Marina Bay and Esplanade Drive)
– Two left lanes of Esplanade Drive in the direction of Fullerton Road (between Raffles Avenue and Fullerton Road)
– Extreme left lane of Fullerton Road and Collyer Quay in the direction of Raffles Quay) between Esplanade Drive and its junction with Marina Boulevard)
– Extreme left lane of Marina Boulevard in the direction of Marina Coastal Drive (between Raffles Quay and Marina View Link)
5:30am – 9am:
– Tanjong Rhu View
All drivers are warned that vehicles found parked and causing obstruction along these roads will be towed.
