Oh, how time flew by. The December school holidays arriveth soon, and with the hectic end-of-year plans for outings come reduced Electronic Road Price (ERP) rates that’ll go into effect from Nov 17 onwards.

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) yesterday announced the completion of its review ERP rates for this year’s school holidays and it’ll be business as usual. Motorists driving into the city will get to enjoy reduced fees by up to $1 when passing through selected gantries during certain time periods.

Some ERP gantries won’t even charge motorists, including the ones along Dunearn Road, Kallang Road, Kallang Bahru, Geylang Bahru, Upper Bukit Timah Road, as well as the Pan Island Expressway (westbound, before Eunos Link).

The revised rates will only apply from Nov 17 to Dec 31, so clog up the traffic while you can. The rates will revert on Jan 2.
