Drum Tao 2019: Rhythm of Tribe
The Japanese martial arts and drum collective returns for an evening of music and dance.

A theatrical installation by Sean Cham, the artworks on display include repurposed found objects and artefacts gathered by him as part of the fictitious housing development office he created. Visitors are encouraged to participate in a theatre experience in the space, where actors will lead them to different rooms to showcase the process of resettlement.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban in Concert
The Harry Potter film concert series is back at the Esplanade Theatre, with the Metropolitan Festival Orchestra performing the score from the film while it screens in high def.

Based on the classic book by Roald Dahl, this musical tells the tale of a little girl who changes her own destiny with her vivid imagination and powerful mind. Endearing and witty, the production features four actresses playing the titular Matilda, including Sofia Poston from Singapore.

Pasqualino Barbasso at Fratelli Pizzeria
Two-time acrobatics pizza world champion, Pasqualino Barbasso, creates a limited edition menu of pizzas at Fratelli, available for lunch or dinner. You can also watch pizza acrobatics demonstrations at 1:15pm or 7:45pm daily, or sign up to learn how to make pizzas at classes conducted by the chef himself.

Potato Head Rooftop Sessions: Jon Sa Trinxa
Here from Ibiza, Jon Sa Trinxa brings his Balearic beats to the rooftop of Potato Head for a night alongside DJ Paul T and Matty Wainwright.

Love, Bonito celebrates International Women’s Day
For International Women’s Day and its theme of #BalanceForBetter, the homegrown fashion brand is putting together a panel of inspirational women to share their experience with young graduates. Names on the panel include Vivy Yusof (co-founder of FashionValet), Dione Song (Chief Commercial Officer of Love, Bonito), artist/bassist/freelance DJ Ginette Chittick (co-founder of FruFru & Tigerlily), and Crystal Widjaja (co-founder of Generation Girl).

The Ethical Beauty Marketplace

A new festival held alongside the HSBC Women’s World Championship, this one-day event features speaker sessions, panels, a morning yoga session, and workshops with industry leaders on everything from Instagram marketing to green business.
