National Theatre Live

Watch broadcasts of theatre performances like No Man’s Land featuring Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart, Frankenstein starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Jonny Lee Miller, as well as The Audience with Helen Mirren at the Esplanade this weekend.

Negroni Week 2017

Go crazy for cocktails as this year’s Negroni Week comes to an end over the weekend. If you haven’t checked out any of the 60 participating bars, now’s the time to do so, ‘cause more than 100 cocktail concoctions await at places like The Library, The Spiffy Dapper, Atlas, Anti:dote, Crackerjack, Tippling Club, and more.

Yayoi Kusama: Life is the Heart of a Rainbow

Browse through the first major survey of the Japanese artist’s work in Southeast Asia at this exhibition, which will display paintings, sculptures, videos and installations from the ‘50s to present day, including never-before-shown pieces.

Aviva Superfundae 2017

Since it’s the June holidays, round up your family for some fun in the sun at Gardens by the Bay. The outdoor carnival features more than 30 games and activities across five zones – Circus Centre, Speedy Zone, Dream Castle, Pirate Island, and Jungle World.

Chef: Bibimbap vs Chilli Crab

Hey foodies, check out this performance featuring beatboxing and b-boying to tell the tale of chefs in a rowdy competition – it starts local names Jayley and Hayley Woo.

Singapore Really Really Free Market 49

Head over to the cool container space for a market where everything is really, really free – from books and toys to cool stuff like tarot card reading and haircuts.

Ultra Singapore 2017

The electronic music fest returns to the Marina Bay area with names like Dash Berlin, Don Diablo, Hardwell, Nicky Romero, Steve Aoki and Showtek taking you from noon to night with dizzying tunes.

Volkswagen BBQ Weekend 

Head to the Volkswagen Centre on Alexandra Road for a family-friendly BBQ buffet with game stations for the little ones. And yes, there’ll be a popcorn station as well.

Ride On Time

The charity fun run and carnival offers family-friendly games, food booths and performances to raise funds for the children from The Salvation Army – The Haven.
