The regatta returns to Marina Bay for a weekend of activities including Singapore’s largest inflatable water obstacle course, the island’s only pop-up urban beach, an interactive art experience, a food village filled with bites by Labyrinth, Garçons, and The BellJar, a 9m-tall play dome, and massive games like Giant Jenga and Giant Pick Up Sticks. Of course, there’ll also be dragon boating competitions and 18m-tall mega sailboats in the water.

Taking inspiration from the ocean and tales of indigenous island life, this marine-themed art installation features more than 80 sculptures of fish, turtles, squids, jellyfish and corals woven from ghost nets.

In collab with the Embassy of Mexico, The Projector is hosting the Mexican Film Festival for the first time, with titles like Desert, You’ll Know What To Do With Me, Bleak Street, Mr. Pig and Gueros.

Monti Italian Street Food Fest
Head over to the waterfront Italian restaurant for a food fest with six stations offering everything from porchetta and pizzas to risotto finished in a parmesan cheese wheel ($5-$10).

The Irish Long Weekend Festival
Get into the Irish spirit with Irish traditional and contemporary melodies by Mike Spinx, Craic A Tau and Gan Ainm, as well as $10 specials on Irish drinks like Guinness and Magners.

Dress in your best ‘white beach chic’ (whatever that means) for a two-day Summertime Madness party at the sky-high urban beach. As you dance to tunes by the DJs, check out roving acts like LED twirlers and have a ball of a time with the beach toys scattered around.
