American rock band Jimmy Eat World is coming to the Philippines and Singapore early next year as part of their Surviving tour.

The four-piece act best known for songs including The Middle and Sweetness will perform at Manila’s New Frontier Theatre on March 12 followed by Singapore’s The Coliseum at Hard Rock Hotel on March 14, according to a Friday announcement.

Tickets to both shows go on sale online Dec. 30 starting at PHP2,500 (about US$49) and S$88 (US$65), respectively.

Having started the band together in 1993, Arizonans Jim Adkins, Zach Lind, Tom Linton and Rick Burch will be in the region to promote their 10th studio album, Surviving, that was released in September. It includes their latest single, 555.

The band first performed in Singapore in 2011 at the same venue.
