Save big on daily essentials, courtesy of sweet deals rolled out by Grab.

1. Subscribe to savings on transport

Grab presents its loyal fans with big savings on food and rides. The Grab Commute Plan (Lite) is a very special present that entitles you to SG$4 off 10 rides, for just SG$19 per month – that’s SG$252 in savings in a year.

Sign up for the Lite plan now, or if you’re a heavy Grab user, check out the other Grab Subscription Plans – Basic plan gives you SG$10 off 10 rides for a fee of SG$59 per month; and Extra plan which lets you enjoy SG$10 off 20 rides for SG$109 per month. You can even sign up for multiple plans to enjoy food and ride discounts. With Grab Subscription plans, bar-hopping and food runs just got a whole lot cheaper.

2. Stamp your way to even more rewards

Collect stamps on your GrabRewards Stamp Card to attain a variety of rewards. Gold and Platinum members will receive stamp cards every Monday and will have one week to collect 4 stamps to enjoy SG$3 off 3 rides, and if you so happen to be frequent rider, collect 8 stamps to enjoy both SG$3 off 3 rides and SG$4 off 3 rides (valid until Apr 7) — what did we say about ‘saving big’? Avoid crowded public transport by riding with Grab and you’ll unlock these ride rewards in no time.

Download and open the Grab app now to sign up for the Grab Subscription Plans (and voila —  GrabRewards Stamp Card already comes as a given). Start riding and complete the payment via GrabPay Credits (the most essential part!) and let the saving on rides begin!

3. GrabFood to your family gatherings

Save the hassle of cooking or heading out to buy food by ordering in. GrabFood is a food delivery service that lets you pick from a variety of cuisines and merchants. Save on delivery charges and enjoy rebates when you order through GrabFood, which requires no cooking and washing up. We like the sound of that.

4. Make your bulk purchases at discount outlets

Are you looking to throw an office party on a budget? If you’re looking to buy large amounts of groceries or party supplies, drop into outlets like BigBox and Warehouse Club, which offer great deals on consumables, cutlery, appliances and more. These huge hypermarts lots of snack and decoration options at unbeatable prices. Don’t forget to Grab there to collect another stamp for your GrabRewards Stamp Card

5. Transfer cash fast and effortlessly

GrabPay renders personal banking dongles obsolete. This safe and user-friendly cash-transfer method saves you the time and effort one would usually spend on asking for bank account details or scheduling meet-ups. When transferring your friends and colleagues money, simply choose that person’s contact in the Grab app, designate an amount and send him or her your desired cash amount.

On top of the convenience of a cashless experience, more awesome benefits await in the form of GrabRewards points (an extra reminder that you can easily earn every time Grab rides are paid by GrabPay).

If the displeasure of carrying around an oversized wallet has caught up with you, just drop it at home and let your phone do the paying — it’s worth noting that GrabPay is accepted at many popular merchants across the island too, such as Delifrance, Subway, and The Daily Cut. This electronic wallet can also be used to pay for Grab rides and GrabFood (not to mention that GrabRewards points can be redeemed for extra discount too!) By switching to paperless transfers, you’ll be doing yourself a huge favor and your part for the environment too.
