Champagne brunches are so 2017. Now’s the time to indulge in wine brunches, with PS.Cafe‘s new weekend offering that serves up free-flow vino on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Only available at the Ann Siang Hill branch, the unlimited wine features a selection of Villa Sandi’s Valdobbiadene Prosecco, alongside red, white and rosé wines from Spanish vineyard Marques de Riscal.
Alas, it comes with a rather lavish price tag of $70 (and excludes food) — that amounts to about one expensive bottle or two affordable ones from the supermarket. But hey, you get to sip on bottomless glasses of wines for three hours — and if you’ve got a good tolerance for booze, you can make it worth your while.
To pad your stomach while the wine keeps coming, PS.Cafe’s brunch line-up includes the likes of salmon-dill potato cakes ($29), pancakes with banana jam and passionfruit curd ($24), and salmon benedict with poached eggs on focaccia ($32).
