Lucky Ducky is Potato Head Folk’s Chinese New Year feast in a burger-and-fries meal

Want to get into the Chinese New Year food festivities but prefer something different from the usual bak kwa (not even the weird flavours), noodles, dumplings and steamed fish?

Lucky for you, Keong Saik joint Potato Head Folk has something fresh that’ll tick your savoury checkboxes. Launching a specially-themed burger for the festivities, Three Buns at Potato Head Folk has introduced the Lucky Ducky — a fusion of Asian flavours and Western cuisine.

Basically, it’s your usual burger and fries set. But the burger itself is made of a spiced white Peking duck patty, cucumber, scallions, hoisin, pickled daikon, chilli, barbecue sauce, ginger mayonnaise and crushed tater tots in between toasted rice buns — so it’s definitely not your standard burger. And it comes with a side of five-spice fries that’s also drizzled generously with ginger mayonnaise. Legit.

It’s available right now for $22 per set at Potato Head Folk till Feb 14, so get to it.
