Did someone say spiked slushies? Hell yeah, we’re in. Especially with the ridiculously scorching sunny rays we’ve been getting — nothing can brighten up our day like a boozy frozen drink.
Enter Sluviche, the newest eatery on the cool street that is Keong Saik Road. Serving up ceviches and “adult slushies”, the restaurant sure knows how to give us that extra kick after a long day at work.
With five variations of the Peruvian raw seafood dish, the limited menu offers scallop, tuna, shrimp, yellowtail and swordfish ceviches ($20-$25), all of which come served with a side of sourdough bread. It’s not exactly a place where you’ll have a hearty meal, but it’s certainly nice to pop by for a midday pick-me-up.
As for the slushies ($15), you’ll find pisco punch and pisco sour options on the menu, alongside cocktails, sake, and wines galore.
Sluviche is at L2, 17A Keong Saik Rd, 6224-0212. Tues-Thurs 6pm-10pm, Wed-Sat noon-2:30pm, Fri-Sat 6pm-midnight.
