Looks like Tsui Wah has heard the feedback of customers and actually listened. The Hong Kong cha chaan teng chain restaurant, which originally set its operating hours from 11am to 11pm, has now extended its opening hours. Which makes sense, given its spot at the bustling nightlife area that is Clarke Quay.

From 10:30pm to 1:30am, Tsui Wah will serve over 40 menu items from its main a la carte selection, alongside four new supper-exclusive dishes. These include fish paste puffs in mala soup with mixian ($8.50), king prawns in mala soup with mixian ($10), sliced chicken in mala soup with mixian ($8), and luncheon meat with sunny side-up egg in instant noodle soup ($9.50), a Hong Kong classic.
