When you dine at any of the eateries on the list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, you know you’ll be getting impeccable food and service. So we’re pretty proud to see nine restaurants in Singapore receive the honour of being named on this year’s list. Making waves are names like André Chiang’s Restaurant André, which bumped up one spot to take second place just behind the unbeatable Gaggan in Bangkok, as well as Julien Royer’s Odette, the National Gallery Singapore restaurant that claimed the Highest New Entry Award for debuting at ninth place. At tenth place, Dave Pynt’s Burnt Ends also got its share of recognition for clinching the Chefs’ Choice Award.
Other entries from Singapore include Les Amis (#16), Waku Ghin (#20), Corner House (#23), Tippling Club (#27), Jaan (#42) and Shinji By Kanesaka (#44). With nine restaurants on the 2017 list, Singapore ties with China, Japan and Thailand.
