The Carvery gets lit with wood-fired grilled meats in their Hearth & Heat promo

It’s literally lit at Park Hotel Alexandra’s meat specialist restaurant The Carvery, which recently launched a wood-fired grill promotion appropriately named Hearth & Heat.

No, they’re not selling BBQ equipment. Instead, you’ll get something way better — an array of quality roast meats prepared over a wood-fired grill that’ll only be around till June 30.

It’s smoky flavor city for all by way of burnt Hickory and Mesquite firewood that deliver both distinct aromas and amazing char into/onto meats.

Guests can look forward to savory smoky delights such as Hickory Pulled Pork , Australian Lamb Shoulder, Honey Lemon Chicken and Argentinian Ribeye — all of which are lovingly seared and roasted with the aid of wood-fired ovens and grills.

Other highlights include the hearty likes of bean stew and charred leek soup, before you finish it all off with their cinnamon and vanilla roasted pineapple.

The only caveat of the lit promotion is that the wood-fired specialties are only available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, which is a pity. Nonetheless, The Carvery’s usual array of buffet dishes remain solid offerings and should land you in a delightful food coma just as easily.

Lunch buffets are at $52++ for adults and $32++ for children, while dinner buffets go at $62++ (with a glass of Asahi) and $32++ for children — more details on the Park Hotel Alexandra website.
