Taking the combination of fruits and frozen treats to the next level, I-Bing’s popsicles are shaped just like the fruits they’re made of. And they’re pretty realistic-looking — you could possibly even get away with eating one and have people think you’re consuming the actual fruit.
Opened earlier this year at Chinatown Point — and brought to you by the same team behind April’s Bakery — the brand serves up fruit popsicles ($5.50) from Thailand, with flavors such as banana, durian, mangosteen, pineapple, coconut, and mango.
But if you’re not too keen on fruits, the menu also features rose pot ice cream ($7.50) in pink milk, pink lemonade, and blueberry mint, as well as popsicles shaped like adorable puppies ($7.50) in Earl Grey, cookies and cream, and chocolate. (Although you may not be as willing to bite off a dog’s “eye” than you would a miniature mango.)
Of course, it helps that these are all totally picture-worthy — even if you’re not parched or dehydrated under the hot sun, there’s no better reason than to get one for the ‘gram.
I-Bing is at #B1-35 Chinatown Point, 133 New Bridge Rd. Daily 9am-10pm.
