Brace yourselves, for the artery-choking fried mac and cheese burger from 25 Degrees Burger & Liquor Bar in Bangkok is coming to Singapore for two months, starting in October. The hulking hybrid sees two crispy mac ‘n cheese buns sandwiching a ground sirloin patty that’s stacked with bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese and arugula.
While it’s not exactly a newfangled creation — The Beast has been serving up its version for quite some time now — its $18 price is slightly cheaper than Jalan Klapa cafe’s $22 rendition (although the latter pairs its burger with a side of sweet potato fries).
