Mohaimen Mutalib was organizing relief goods he collected through donations sent to his apartment in Metro Manila when, among the donations, he found at least 159 bullets and other gun parts inside of an ecobag.
He immediately turned over .9mm pistol bullets, a .9mm magazine, a gun holster, gun hand grips and a gun cleaner to police. He said the gun parts and bullets were dropped off by a certain AJ Salvani Cabarubbia.
Mutalib said he previously called for donations for the victims of the month-long conflict and he was surprised to find bullets instead of relief goods.
Police are still investigating the incident.–report from April Rafales and Michael Delizo, ABS-CBN News
