At least 96 people have fallen ill after attending a Christmas gift giving program in Barangay Sirao, Cebu City on Tue night.
The victims “experienced stomach aches, headaches and vomiting after eating the packed lunch distributed during the Christmas gift giving program of the Sirao Gardens Little Amsterdam,” ABS-CBN News reports.
According to Dr. Anton Reposar II of the Barangay Guba Community Hospital said that the victims ate fried chicken and spaghetti.
The victims compained that the pasta tasted bad.
The farm owner who organized the gift giving activity offered to shoulder the expenses of the victims.
