There’s still no word on the Southeast Asia release of Pokémon Go.
But already, Filipinos are preparing for its Philippine arrival of the latest craze in mobile gaming.

Case in point: PayMaya — a local mobile debit card app — announced that it will be Pokémon Go-compatible once the popular game becomes available in the country.
All future Pokémon trainers have to do download the PayMaya app — available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store — and follow the standard app store’s verification process.
You can load up PayMaya account in reloading stations such as 7-Eleven stores, SM Malls Business Centers, and online banking via BDO, among others.
Trainers can use their PayMaya account to buy Pokécoins, the in-app currency used in Pokémon Go.
Pokémon fans may not wait to long for a Philippine release, though. Pokémon Go is now available in Japan, the first Asian country to get the mobile game.
