Despite El Niño fears, PAGASA says rainy season may start soon

It’s official: The weather is crazy!

“Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) weather forecaster Aldczar Aurelio said on Friday, May 16, that summer will likely end soon and the rainy season could start in the second half of May or early June,” reports The Manila Times.

Perez explained that the rainy season will come despite the expected onset of El Niño.

Our tip: Get a good umbrella. You’ll need it either way.
