The duo was supposed to visit a suspect who was detained at the Bunawan Police Station, ABS-CBN News reported. They were planning to give him the bowl of rice but this was foiled when the cops inspected the food. Three sachets of suspected meth were found, estimated to be worth about PHP7,000 (US$144).

The children will be charged for allegedly violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
