Before she passed on the crown to France’s Iris Mittenaere, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach surprised some Filipino fans buying tickets for the pageant’s coronation day.
Wurtzbach, disguised in a jacket, cap and glasses, pretended to assist customers in line at the SM Mall of Asia ticket booth.
“I’m about to surprise some fans, I’m at the ticketing office, I’m incognito,” she said in an undated video posted on the Silent Totoro Piantastic Facebook page, and shared by SM Tickets.
After speaking to a customer, Wurtzbach hid under the counter, removed her disguise and donned the Miss Universe sash, to the surprise of fans.
The former beauty queen also took time to take some photos with her fans.
Wurtzbach was succeeded by Mittenaere during the Miss Universe coronation last Jan 30.
