Getting a good night’s rest is a bit of a challenge for you? Counting sheep doesn’t work.

You might want to turn to technology to help you sleep better.

Enter FitBit Alta HR. It can help monitor and track your sleep, which can either be creepy or supremely helpful, depending on your POV.

When used with the new apps Sleep Stages (for monitoring the four stages of sleep) and Sleep Insight (for tips to help improve sleep), the FitBit Alta HR could help you get a restful slumber.

For all intents and purposes, the FitBit Alta HR is still primarily a fitness tracker, it will  monitor your movement and track your calories. Some of its other features are call and text notifications, automatic exercise recognition, and reminders to move.

The downside? It’s water resistant, but still not recommended for swimming.

A little warning, the strap makes a huge difference. If you’re used to a bigger fitness tracker, then you might have to adjust to this one. Plus points for the interesting colors and stylish bands. You can get a leather or metal bracelet, too.

The Alta HR is now available in stores nationwide for PHP 8,490.
