The 21-year-old vegetable farmer from Mountain Province, whose innocent face went viral eight months ago after a Nueva Ecija bakeshop owner secretly snapped a photo of him carrying the weight of a basketful of carrots on his shoulders, is back in the game.
He is now hawking — are you ready for this — carrot-themed t-shirts.

While we’re still less than thrilled with his cakey face and overglossed lips — hey, someone’s gotta say it — we’re glad that the brand is no longer trying hard to make him look like a fashion plate in mass-market clothes.
Our suggestion to Boardwalk? Just go back to what people loved about him. Take inspiration from his culture. It’s what sets him apart from the other pretty boys out there.
