Daniel Padilla was our bet for the Asian Act category of the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards this year, but he lost. The Indonesian group JKT48 won, meaning they got more votes than our Teen King.
However, Daniel still got some extra 15 minutes of fame because he was named Global Slime Star, the first Pinoy to receive such an award. His video getting slimed is on the official Nickelodeon Facebook page.
We’re pretty sure a lot of people are happy he got slimed.
