Here we go again with some exciting Barretto news, everyone!
 
The rumor is that sisters Gretchen and Marjorie Barretto aren’t in good terms — yes, the two who used to be on the same team against younger sister Claudine.

The feud is because of Gretchen’s fondness for Forevermore lead stars Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano, reports Ricky Lo on Philstar.com.  (Yes, we still have faith in the entertainment editor of The Philippine Star despite him burning us with that erroneous report about Miss Jamaica being half-Pinay.)

Liza just happens to be the biggest rival of Julia, Marjorie’s daughter. In fact, Gretchen recently congratulated the Forevermore cast for high ratings, something that Marjorie didn’t like.

“Gretchen has a soft spot for Enrique with whom she co-starred in Princess & I, another ABS-CBN teleserye, and who was the lead actor in Mirabella, an afternoon soap with Julia Barretto, Marjorie’s daughter/Gretchen’s niece, as co-star,” according to the report.

 
Petty? So what? We love it when these girls are in the news. So entertaining!
