Good news, guys!
You can still experience the gustatory delights of celebrity chef and author Sau Del Rosario at Novotel Manila’s Kanyaman Food Festival until June 30th. All foodies celebrate!
Known for his French techniques and avant-garde flair, Chef Sau brought his signature dishes all the way from his hometown of Angeles City, Pampanga to Quezon City. He and his team took over Novotel Manila’s Food Exchange buffet hall (which is always packed, by the way!).
Aside from Chef Sau’s irresistible Kapampangan cuisine, veteran chef and desserts extraordinaire Editha Singian also brought her repertoire of delectable Filipino desserts.
Here are the dishes you should definitely try when you drop by Kanyaman Food Fest:
Macadamia Kare-Kare with Crispy Pork Belly
Truffle Sisig Paella with Foie Gras
Kapampangan Tamales
Tsokolate-stuffed Crispy Lechon Belly
Buko Profiteroles
Leche Flan Turon
There’s really so much more (like Duck Adobo and Pochero) and everyday is a different culinary experience. The best part? You’ll get the best bang for your buck for just PHP1,200 per person on weekdays (lunch or dinner) and PHP1,600 on weekends (lunch or dinner) until June 30, Friday.
Kanyaman Food Festival is at The Food Exchange, Novotel Manila, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City. Facebook.
