So here’s the scoop!
Good Ol’ Days by Sharon Tay of Singapore’s Momolato may have ran away with the top prize at the recent Gelato World Tour Asia Pacific Finals, but BONO’s Mango Ube Symphony was undoubtedly the crowd favorite.
Nobody can deny that because look: Zarah Manikan’s kooky creation bagged the People’s Choice Award, beating 15 other finalists.
The Mango Ube Symphony is a smooth mango gelato heightened with swirls of purple yam jam and accented with rum-soaked dried mango strips.
The winning entry Good Ol’ Days, on the other hand, is velvety coconut gula melaka gelato with ribbons of salted gula melaka caramel and crispy honey-caramelized beancurd skin.
The Mango Ube Symphony is now available in all BONO branches.

BONO Gelato has branches in Aura Premier, Mega Fashion Hall – SM Megamall, The Podium and SM Southmall.
