A 41-year-old father pleaded guilty over three sex charges relating to incidents involving his 11-year-old daughter in Terengganu, on Malaysia’s east coast.
A Sessions Court read out the offenses to the father of two, including incest, and carnal intercourse against the order of nature, to which he plead guilty. The incest charge carries a minimum 10-year jail sentence, with a maximum of 30 years, as well as caning. His other charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in jail, in addition to caning.
The suspect also plead guilty to making a pornographic video of his daughter via mobile phone, which carries another sentence up to 30 years, and a caning.
Reports of the incident allege that the offenses occurred in Marang, between 11am and 5am, on September 20 and 21, where the man attacked his eldest daughter.
A sentence is expected to be read tomorrow. The man appeared in court unrepresented.
