Eventually, the men agree to lower the vehicle, and leave the hysterical woman to get back in her car.
Twitter user @duurianne was the first to upload the clip, which has been viewed nearly 250,000 times, with 8,500 retweets.
Netizens were left wondering whether these were the measures one had to take to avoid a hefty RM300 fine, while others expressed concern for a woman who seemed to be having a mental breakdown.
