Actor Steven Seagal, citizen of Russia, the United States, and most recently – Sebia, a man with a formidable hairline, and goatee plusher than most carpeting, is in Malaysia.
More specifically, Johor, where he met with Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar Monday.
The men met for two hours for private discussions at Forest City in Gelang Petah, and while the contents of their talk are unknown, we’re more than certain he referenced his work on Steven Seagal: Lawman at least once. The reality television show that ran for three seasons followed Seagal while he performed his largely ceremonial role as a reserve deputy sheriff in Louisiana.
Last month, the martial artist met with Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte. The two were able discuss their mutual distaste for illegal drugs, while Seagal was in the country to scout filming locations for a reported sequel to his 1988 film Above the Law.
