Ouch! Woman bitten by a mouse in Malacca cinema

A woman was allegedly bitten by a mouse in a cinema in Malacca last week, according to the report by the China Press.

In the story translated by The Star Online, the 30-year-old woman, who only wanted to be known as Tam, told the daily that she felt a sharp pain on her ankle while she was watching ‘Ghostbusters’ with her husband at the GSC cinema in Dataran Pahlawan Mall.

Tam initially thought a fellow cinema-goer had accidentally kicked her leg, but when the pain persisted, she realised that her ankle was bleeding.

Using the flashlight from her phone, she allegedly spotted a mouse scurrying away from her seat.

According to the China Press, the woman then reportedly alerted the cinema’s management staff, who promised to bear her medical costs.
