Man falls to his death at shopping mall in Klang

A man reportedly fell to his death from a shopping complex building in Klang on Monday.

According to a news report by The New Straits Times, GM Wholesale City security guards discovered 31-year-old Kee Teck Guan’s body sprawled in a pool of blood at the loading bay of the shopping complex at around 9.50am.

Klang Selatan district police chief Assistant Commissioner Alzafny Ahmad told the daily that Kee was seen on camera driving his Honda CRV to the seventh floor of the car park 20 minutes earlier.

“He was seen pacing back and forth at the carpark and had taken out his belongings and placed them on the car. At about 9.40am, he was seen walking out of the carpark.

“Ten minutes later, his body was found sprawled at the loading bay,” he was quoted as saying.

According to ACP Alzafny, the victim’s remains have been sent to the Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital and preliminary investigations have reportedly ruled out foul play.

Meanwhile, Kee’s family members have denied suggestions that he had committed suicide, as he had no financial woes or any problems with the family.
