A big township located in between the border of Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, Damansara is a central commercial hub which houses several affluent residential areas. Despite being in the middle of two states, Damansara is made up of three major neighbourhoods: Damansara Perdana, Mutiara Damansara and Taman Tun Dr Ismail. While Damansara mostly consists of high-end residential areas - especially in Perdana and TTDI - it is also home to a number of eateries and cafes. Big shopping malls such as The Curve, Ikano and Ikea are located in Mutiara Damansara.
