Malaysian songbird Siti Nurhaliza welcomed a baby boy this morning at 6.21am.
According to a press statement by the 42-year-old Kesilapanku Keegoanmu (My mistake is your ego) singer, the baby weighed 3.84 kilograms when he was born. The mother and child are both healthy and safe.
Siti and her husband, entrepreneur Khalid Mohamad Jiwa, also thanked their IVF specialists who helped them conceive their second child, after Siti Aafiyah, who turns four this year.
“The couple would like to thank the team of doctors and nurses led by Dr. Leong Wai Yew from the Alpha IVF & Women’s Specialists for their service throughout Siti’s pregnancy,” the statement added. Siti also released a heartwarming video detailing her pregnancy journey with baby no. 2.

The baby’s stepbrother Asyraf Khalid also took to Instagram to share the good news today.
“Welcome to the world Little Prince,” the 28-year-old wrote online.
