Coconuts is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Singapore

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Basic bookkeeping, including supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Human Resources administration
  • Reception duties
  • Mail handling and posting of office documents
  • Transcribe minutes from meetings
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Assist with events coordination
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by Operations Manager

Ideal candidate will have:

Salary range: S$1,800 – 2,000
