Despite testing positive for ecstasy consumption, 28-year-old adult magazine model Vitalia Sesha is claiming innocence after the police arrested her at a “drug party” in the Hotel Mercure in Ancol on Saturday.
“I apologize to those who are disappointed in me. I will undergo this case sincerely. Once again, I consumed [ecstasy] unintentionally,” Vitalia said at a press conference today, as quoted by Warta Kota.
Her lawyer, Chris Sam Siwu, is trying to argue that Vitalia is actually a victim in this case.
“Vita (Vitalia) at the time went to a reunion at a karaoke room. There, Vita only drank. She didn’t consume [ecstasy]. Vita didn’t even know that drugs were placed inside her drink,” he said.
The police raided room 657 in Hotel Mercure in Ancol, North Jakarta on Saturday afternoon. Vitalia Sesha was among those arrested, as well as six others who she claims are her friends.
